US // UK
I'm a big fan of the original UK hardback cover for Wicked Lovely. I think it fits the faerie story well, and the colours and swirly images really stand out. However, I also love the US one! The tone of the colours and the single image of the flower reminds me of Twilight, and the title font and design is brilliant.
What's interesting is that here in the UK, Wicked Lovely and Ink Exchange (click here to see the original UK cover) have just been re-released in paperback, and now have the US covers. Fragile Eternity is due in May, and will also feature the same cover as the upcoming US hardback. I read that the series has been relaunched to attract the Stephenie Meyer crowd, and I think (and hope) it'll work!

Wow, that really is interesting about the UK re-releases having the US covers.
I much prefer the US cover. It's so pretty! The UK cover would have put me off reading the book if I didn't have to read it for a book club. Now I love the book, but I still don't like the cover. Not really my cup of tea. It's a shame I have both Wicked Lovely and Ink Exchange in the UK covers, otherwise I'd buy the re-releases with the US covers!
I think I still like the US covers more, even though the colors on the UK ones are pretty! I'd be interested in seeing the UK version of Fragile Eternity, if that's out yet... cuz I REALLY like the US cover of FE...
I get that the US covers would be more likely to attract the twilight-ish crowd, but I love the UK cover so much more! I think maybe it's the use of colour.. ok, I don't really know why I like it so much but it is bee-yoo-ti-ful =)
I love both but I prefer the US cover, the close up looks so great and the colouring is just perfect. The UK is cool too, it reminds me of fairy tale.
i really like the UK covers better!
I have to say the UK cover is really nice, but I really love the US cover.

I prefer the US covers so I'm pleased that I'll get Ink Exchange in the pretty purple cover!
Aw Crap, you mean the third book won't match my set?! The same thing happened with Twilight, they changed to the American covers after two books. I really wish They would decide on something and stick with it. The US covers are pretty enough, but now it doesn't match! *sob*
I was attracted to the books because of the UK covers, especially the Ink Exchange one (which is my favourite book of the three).
I was really disappointed when I found out that the third book would have the US cover. But I suppose it still looks ok, it just doesn't match my collection! (much like City of Glass doesn't match the first two Mortal Instrument books I have)
Honestly, the UK cover totally put me off buying the book when it came out over here - considering the US covers for adult fantasy fiction are usually too OTT, YA books seem to end up with much nicer US versions. Glad to hear we're getting a US version re-release (I'm hopelessly shallow and will only buy pretty things, go figure)
i prefer the uk covers, they suit the stories better and look more original
