In My Mailbox #43: New Books This Week

In My Mailbox idea from Kristi @ The Story Siren, and all descriptions from Amazon.

I had a brilliant week this week, and that's mostly thanks to Orion, Puffin and Simon & Schuster UK. I carried most of these books all around London with me, which was both fun and scary at the same time (I didn't want to damage them!). I haven't got time to post a cover and synopsis for each book, but if you click on the title, it will take you straight to the relevant Amazon page. :)

From publishers / for review:

Bought

Hope everyone had a great week, and happy reading!

Well done you! That is one incredible haul! And ooh, you have The Sky Inside. I liked the Hollow Kingdom by the author and liked it, and The Sky Inside looks incredibly interesting too. :)

I was really excited when I clicked on the link for Savannah Grey because I love Cliff's book Angel. It was the beginning of my angel fiction obsession. Then I saw that it was a horror story and I was really disappointed because I don't read scary books. Oh well :-(
I have heard great things but The Runaway from another librarian so I'm looking forward to your review.

I looked up the Mia series because I hadn't heard of it, and I'm adding it to my wishlist now. :)

Excellent selection there. I'm pretty envious too! I loved Girl, Missing and The Sky Inside and I'm really hoping to read the Michelle Harrison one really soon. I have every intention of reading Vampire Academy at some point - this post just reminded me.

There's just something about a stack of brand new books, all stacked up, with really colorful spines that just looks nice. I enjoyed just looking at the picture in your post. Enjoy your books!
