In My Mailbox #73: New Books This Week

In My Mailbox idea from Kristi @ The Story Siren, and all links take you to Amazon. Click images for a bigger picture!

This was an excellent week for books. I got many that I'm really looking forward to reading, no thanks to Amazon shipping most of my June pre-orders and last of the birthday orders. I'm quite excited!

For review:

Bought:
  • The Line by Teri Hall (Only £6.99 on Amazon!)
  • Grave Sight by Charlaine Harris (I got all 3 of these for £5! Bargain!)

Gifts:

From my Book BFF Carla at The Crooked Shelf (THANK YOU!):

From Michelle at BellaAndEdward.com:

Most of you probably know that I've worked on BAE.com for over 2 years now. We were approached as a site and asked if we'd like to write this book, but unfortunately myself and the other staff members were too busy to help. So, Michelle (BAE owner), who is like a time-managing genius, wrote it all herself. She's done an amazing job - well done dude! I'm very proud :D

I'm in London from Monday - Wednesday next week for lots of bookish excitement, so I won't be around the blogs. Hope you all have a great week, and I'll possibly see some of you at Sarah Rees Brennan's event on Tuesday!

So many great books this week- I cannot wait to get my hands on Insatiable! Meg Cabot's take on vampires should definitely be fun =) And after watching the first episode of the Pretty Little Liars tv show, I'm definitely going to track down the books now too!

Lots of yummy-looking books there! I'm toying with the idea of getting After The Kiss myself, and The Summer of Skinny Dipping sounds awesome too.

I *so* need to catch up on Pretty Little Liars before we get the TV show. I loved the first two and I've got the third one but I'm worried that I won't appreciate it enough if I don't reread the first two to recap on what's happened... and rereading two books is kind of a big ask right now.

Hope you enjoy all these!

Looks like you got some great books this week! Forgive my Fins is on my I-can't-wait-to-get-one!list for quite a while!

That BAE.com book takes the cake though. First off, I love the title! And after looking at the summary, it sounds like she addresses a lot of the issues I think of in Twilight. Shame you weren't able to contribute though!

Rebel Angels: Firebrand and Forgive My Finns look fun! Cum Laude sounds interesting, I tried to start the Gossip Girl series but I found it too boring (sounds unbelievable, but I did). I really want to read Sara Shepard's Pretty Little Liars series, I've heard such good things! :-)

Great books as usual Jenny! :) I am reading MISTWOOD and absolutely loving it! Wow! The Line was pretty good too, after reading it, you'll want the sequel!

Bella Should Have Dumped Edward is a brilliant title, I want to get the book just because of the title alone. Although I do agree with someone else's comment, it should be Edward Should Have Dumped Bella. =P

Happy reading!
