Summary from Amazon.co.uk: [Includes spoilers for book 1, Slated!]

Kyla's memory has been erased, her personality wiped blank, her memories lost for ever. Or so she thought. Kyla shouldn't be able to remember anything. But she can - and she's beginning to realise that there are a lot of dark secrets locked away in her memories. When a mysterious man from her past comes back into her life, she thinks she's on her way to finding the truth. But the more she learns about her history, the more confusing her future becomes... Set in a disturbing future world, FRACTURED is an engrossing, fast-paced read that establishes Teri Terry as a master thriller writer.

I really enjoyed Slated when I read it earlier in the year, I loved the characters and the premise. It was a surprise read for me as I'd kind of overdosed on dystopia but something about this one kept calling to me. It was so well written and engrossing, and I was left with an eager feeling to see what happens next. I'd really recommend reading Slated before Fractured comes out, that way you'll have a (hopefully) great sequel to look forward to!

I adored Slated way more than I thought I would, was in my to read pile for ages and I just wasn't ever feeling up for reading it but once I did it blew me away so I am really looking forward to Fractured.
