US vs. UK: After Eden Covers

This is one of the surprise reads of the year for me. It's so, so good, and I think the UK cover is the only one to do it justice. If I'd seen it in a shop with the US jacket, I doubt I would have had much interest in it. It just looks so photoshopped and not at all how I imagined the characters, almost like it's aimed at a younger audience. I quite like the background image, though, and the title font is quite cool. Still, I think this cover could have been SO much better!

The UK cover is much nicer, and I think it's different to the original one that I saw first. It's much more eye-catching and memorable, with a cover image that would make me want to pick it up and find out more. The model used looks pretty much exactly how I think Eden should look, and I like the addition of the strapline: 'Leave no trace. Break no hearts.' The title and author name also stand out more, thanks to the block font and bright yellow.

This book seriously is excellent and you should all read it regardless of what cover it has. But, while we're on the topic of cover art, which do you think you'd be more likely to buy?

Usually I have a strong feeling one way or the other but I actually really like both of these.I have this to read on my kindle but haven't read it yet so I can't say which one suits the storyline better.
