News: Cassie Clare's New Series, Grisha Readalong and Dangerous Creatures!

London, 24th March 2014 – Random House Children’s Publishers UK (RHCP) are excited to announce the acquisition of a powerful new YA fantasy series from global bestsellers, Holly Black and Cassandra Clare. The series launches with The Iron Trial, which will be published by Doubleday this September.

About Magisterium Book 1: The Iron Trial:
Callum Hunt has grown up knowing three rules by heart. Never trust a magician. Never pass a test a magician gives you. And never let a magician take you to the Magisterium. Callum is about to break all the rules. And when he does, his life will change in ways he can’t possibly imagine. The Magisterium series is a five-book series of fantasy novels, one book for each year of Callum’s life as he struggles between the forces of good and evil, and discovers his true destiny.

Orion / Indigo UK publishers have devised an International read along/re-read of Leigh Bardugo’s SHADOW AND BONE and SIEGE AND STORM on Goodreads, ahead of the launch of RUIN AND RISING on 19th June.

Last but not least, Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl's BRAND NEW series Dangerous Creatures (featuring dangerous duo Ridley and Link) will be released on 20th May in the UK. I hope all you Beautiful Creatures fans are excited!
Some loves are cursed... others are dangerous.
Ridley Duchannes will be the first to tell you that she's a bad girl. She's Dark. She's a Siren. You can never trust her, or even yourself when she's around. Lucky for her, Wesley 'Link' Lincoln can never seem to remember that; quarter Incubus or not, his heart is Mortal when it comes to Ridley. When Link heads to New York City to start a music career, Ridley goes along for the ride-and she has her own reasons. As if leaving small-town Gatlin for the big city, trying to form a band, and surviving life with a partially reformed Siren isn't hard enough already, Link soon learns he has a price on his head that no Caster or Mortal can ever pay.
