Amazon summary:

August Pullman stole the hearts of over a million readers in the bestselling, award-winning WONDER. 365 DAYS OF WONDER is a beautiful companion to the novel: a collection of quotes and wise words, one for every day of the year. It includes funny, insightful, inspiring thoughts from WONDER's fans, famous authors and personalities - from Roald Dahl and Paul McCartney to Anne Frank, Tolkien and Popeye - and from the novel itself. It's the perfect gift for anyone who loved WONDER, and it's a book to be treasured and enjoyed again and again.

I love this beautiful little book so much that I want to carry it around with me every day. It's made me apply the quotes and words of wisdom to my everyday life, but most of all it's made me feel inspired to be better and know that I can face anything that is thrown my way.

365 Days of Wonder is a companion book to R.J. Palacio's fantastic novel Wonder, and it includes quotes from numerous sources - authors, singers, philosophers, actors etc - one for each of the 365 days in a year. It also includes snippets from Mr. Browne (fans of Wonder will know him well) and precepts sent in to author R.J. Palacio from real children.

These quotes and words of wisdom come from a wide range of people. My personal favourite quote (of all time) is included, which is: 'Not all those who wander are lost', by J.R.R. Tolkien. There's also words from C.S. Lewis, Picasso, John Lennon, Oprah Winfrey and even Harry Styles. Proverbs and anonymous quotes also feature, along with too many others to mention.

There's something here for everyone, whether it's a quote that just brightens up your day or one that ends up meaning something to you for the rest of your life. 365 Days of Wonder is, without a doubt, one of my favourite publications of 2014 and the best non-fiction book to appear in my post box. I really can't say enough good things about it!
